George Sears joins Durst Image Technology UK from 12th July, 2006. Working closely with Hans Klarenbeek, who is based in Brussels, George will be responsible for Durst’s inkjet equipment sold into the screen printing and large format digital print markets.

George’s very accomplished sales record embraces skills in business development and strategic planning. He has also worked for some of the big names within the industry.

Trained as a mechanical and electrical engineer, George spent 20 years with Avery Dennison, where he achieved the position of Digital Development Manager, based in Holland. He also spent 4 years with VUTEk as a Territory Sales Manager for the UK and Ireland before joining Robert Horne as the Systems Sales Manager of the Digital Solutions Group.
