Durst Service and Maintenance

All our machines are “Precision built with the finest components”. The result is the combination of outstanding performance and unsurpassed reliability. But Durst acknowledges the fact that to achieve the best from our machines; fast, efficient and expert maintenance and servicing are essential. In addition, our service and support teams help you in the use of our technologies, as well as in training and getting acquainted with our products.

Two years ago we set up an automatic follow-up questionnaire, to be received by each customer after a service call, and we are pleased to report that over 95% were either “satisfied” or “very satisfied” with every aspect of the service visit.

Our full complement of factory trained engineers covers all corners of the UK and Ireland and we can confirm that all essential spares and commodities are UK stocked. All other spare parts are available on 24 hour delivery.

A Service Contract that is right for your business
Part of our unique level of servicing commitment is that we have 4 different levels of service contract. They are designed to cover all a customer’s requirements and are priced according to the differing needs of the individual customer and machine.

4 levels of Service Contract summary:
• Service Contracts start from as little as £400 per month
• All engineers are Durst factory trained
• Highest percentage of service engineers to machines in the country
• All essential spares and consumerables are UK stocked, all other spare parts are on 24 hour delivery
• Servicing records are backed by a state-of-the-art computer log and follow-up system
